These policies apply alongside our Server Rules and our Terms of Service, and cover additional operating standards for Harbor District Roleplay Community ("HDRP").
Our day-to-day conduct expectations - what's allowed in roleplay, how reports and moderation work, and department-specific standards - live in our Server Rules, which staff update regularly. This page covers broader, longer-standing operating policies that don't change as often.
Violations of these policies, our Server Rules, or our Terms of Service may result in a warning, kick, temporary or permanent ban, blacklisting, or other moderation action, at the sole discretion of our staff team. The severity of the response is generally proportional to the violation, but repeat or severe violations may result in immediate permanent action.
If you believe a moderation action was made in error, you may appeal by contacting our staff team through Discord ModMail. Include your Discord username and a description of the situation. Appeals are reviewed at staff's discretion and are not guaranteed to be granted.
We may update these policies from time to time as the community grows. Continued use of our Discord server or FiveM server after a change means you accept the updated policy.
