Harbor District Roleplay Community ("HDRP," "we," "us," "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our Services to do the same. This policy explains how to report suspected copyright infringement and how we respond to such reports.

1. Reporting Infringing Content

If you believe content on our website (such as a submitted character bio, suggestion, or other user-submitted content) infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our staff team through our Discord server, or by email if one is provided in our Contact section, including:

• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
• The specific location (URL or page) of the material you claim is infringing;
• Your name, contact information, and a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf; and
• Your physical or electronic signature.

2. Our Response

Upon receiving a complete and valid notice, we will review it and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the identified material in a timely manner. We may also, at our discretion, take action against an account that repeatedly submits infringing content, up to and including a ban or blacklist from the community.

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe content you submitted was removed in error or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice through the same contact channel, including an identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the applicable federal court.

4. Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to terminate access to the Services for any user determined, in our reasonable discretion, to be a repeat infringer.

5. Our Own Content

Content we create ourselves - including our branding, logo, original website text, and custom scripts or resources - is our property and may not be reproduced without permission, as further described in our Terms of Service. We are an independent, unofficial roleplay community and claim no ownership over Grand Theft Auto V, FiveM, or any trademarks belonging to Take-Two Interactive, Rockstar Games, or Cfx.re.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

7. Contact
