This Return Policy applies to all purchases made through the Harbor District Roleplay Community ("HDRP") Store. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Nature of Digital Goods

All items sold through our Services are digital goods - Discord roles and community perks through our own Stripe-powered storefront, and FiveM in-game content (vehicles, currency, cosmetics, and similar) through Tebex - delivered automatically and instantly upon successful payment. Because these goods are delivered immediately and cannot be "returned" in a physical sense, our policy below reflects standard practice for digital goods, and applies equally regardless of which of the two storefronts processed your purchase.

2. General No-Refund Policy

Due to the instant and digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final, and we do not offer refunds simply because you changed your mind after a role or perk was granted. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

3. Recurring / Subscription Donations

Some items are offered as a voluntary monthly recurring donationrather than a one-time purchase. By starting a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method the listed amount automatically each month until you cancel. Subscribing is entirely optional and is never required to join, play, or participate in our community.

You may cancel a recurring donation at any time from your account. Cancelling stops future renewal charges - it does not reverse a payment that has already been completed, submitted, or is currently processing at the time of cancellation. Such payments are treated the same as any other completed donation under this policy and are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or under the exceptions in Section 4 below.

4. Exceptions - When a Refund May Be Issued

We will consider a refund request in the following limited circumstances:

• Technical failure:Your payment was successfully charged, but the associated Discord role or perk was not delivered due to a technical error on our end, and our staff is unable to resolve the issue by manually granting the item.
• Duplicate charge:You were accidentally charged more than once for the same item in a single transaction attempt.
• Unauthorized purchase:Your payment method was used without your authorization to make a purchase (subject to standard fraud verification).

To request a refund under one of these exceptions, please contact our staff team through Discord ModMail within 7 daysof the purchase, including your order details (the item purchased and approximate date/time).

5. What Is Not Eligible for a Refund

• Change of mind after a role or perk has already been granted.
• Being banned, kicked, or blacklisted from the server for violating our Server Policies after a purchase was made and delivered. Loss of access to a purchased perk due to your own conduct is not grounds for a refund.
• Dissatisfaction with a cosmetic or perk that was accurately described at the time of purchase.
• Purchases older than 7 days from the date of the transaction, except where required by applicable law.

6. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us directly first so we can resolve it quickly. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us may result in the immediate removal of any purchased roles or perks, and may result in a ban or blacklist from the community, at our discretion, due to the disruption chargebacks cause to server operations.

7. How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method through whichever provider processed the original purchase - Stripefor general Discord perks, merchandise, and downloads, or Tebexfor FiveM in-game content. Processing times vary depending on your bank, card issuer, and the processor involved, and typically take 5-10 business days to appear after approval.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Return Policy from time to time. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will govern that transaction.
